My name is Vikki, I have worked in the care industry for many years, this has lead to a passion to support people within their homes. I feel it is important to encourage freedom and independence whenever possible.

I have over the years I have come to realise that it is not always as easy as just talking things through, sometimes the actions we take have a bigger impact than we realise.

Just making the effort to listen and support a person with an action, while not implying your own way of thinking can be hard to implement.

With every client I make the effort to understand not only their needs but what they want as well. I believe this makes for a much brighter outcome.
